Only goods that have fabric or manufacturing defects may be returned at no charge, but require prior authorization from Customer Service. Crocking and bleeding are inherent characteristics of red-tone shades; wash separately. Garments described herein offer no protection from molten metal, sparks, or caustic chemicals. Garments described herein are not anti-static. Under no circumstances will embroidered items or those altered to non-stocked specifications be accepted for credit. Items ordered in wrong size or color due to customer’s error are subject to restocking fee and all return freight will be paid by customer.
